Flexible to suit your needs The large machine pool at LEWA offers a variety of processing methods and enables short lead times. State of the art conventional and CNC machines are used for drilling and milling jobs as well as for turning and grinding. A focus of our service is CNC milling. LEWA have 3D machines with a traverse path of 4300 mm and crane capacities of up to 50 tons. This enables for example the production of a hydroforming tool weighing 28 tons. Thanks to our equipment, know-how and qualified staff, LEWA cannot only process units of various weights but also offer a high degree of flexibility in handling lightweight serial parts. LEWA’s quality management system ensures that only top quality products are manufactured! For 3D processing, we offer all common data transfer interfaces (Odette, IGES, CATIA, VDAFS, DXF, DWG, and Parasolid). Everything’s at your disposal!
