Flexible and to the point LEWA’s extensive machinery provides for a variety of processing options even when tight deadlines must be met. State of the art conventional and CNC controlled machines are used to handle drilling and milling jobs, as well as turning and grinding. CNC milling is one of our focal areas. LEWA has 3D machines which achieve cross travel of up to 4,300 mm. Crane capacities are available of up to 50 tons. This allows the production of hydroforming dies of up to 28 tons. But LEWA’s capacity is not limited to heavy weights alone. In terms of the handling flexibility of lightweight series products, our strongest assets are our extensive equipment, substantial expertise and skilful employees. LEWA’s quality management system guarantees top-quality products every time. For 3D processing, we offer all common data transfer interfaces (i.e., Odette, IGES, CATIA, VDAFS, DXF, DWG and Parasolid). Everything is at your disposal!
