LEWA fixtures are galvanized, which makes them particularly long-lived and easy to clean. Depending on your actual requirements, you will get pneumatic or hydraulic clamping systems. The quick change system enables parts to be quickly clamped and de-clamped. Yet it’s LEWA’s 3D-Shimp technology that makes this system so special.

3D shims allow the fixture to be conveniently adjusted in a way which can be repeated, with no need for special tools. You don’t need to fasten screws by “feel”. Using shims, you can document which setting has been used for which batch. This approach also helps you to respond swiftly to batch variations.

In addition, we can produce fixtures that can be used for left or right parts or which are reversible.
