LEWA fixtures are zinc-coated which gives them an extremely long service life and enables easy cleaning. Depending on your requirements, you will receive pneumatic or hydraulic clamping systems. The quick change system allows swift clamping and unclamping of workpieces. Our chief attraction: The LEWA 3D Shimp technology.

3D shimps enable a repeatable yet simple adjustment of the fixture with no need for special tools. There is no adjustment of individual screw connections “according to gut feeling”. Using shimps, you can document the settings for various batches. At the same time, this method allows swift reactions to batch fluctuations.

Furthermore, we offer fixtures that can be used for two left or two right parts and which can even be turned upside down!
