Spring maker

Spring makers produce single or combined springs for various applications, e.g., shock absorbers and machines. Spring makers work in the metal working industry.

Prerequisites:

  • Candidates should possess a secondary education certificate, have an interest in technology, be skilful and enjoy doing reliable work in a team

Duration of training:

  • 2 years

Career perspectives:

  • Qualified continuing education, foreman, engineer for supply engineering/machine technology, following attendance at a technical secondary school and graduating from university with a degree in engineering
